Yes. Connect HR supports multi-entity payroll across Dubai Mainland, all major UAE free zones, DIFC, and ADGM. Jurisdiction-specific rules (including DIFC DEWS contributions) are applied automatically per employee based on their registered entity.

Yes. End-of-service gratuity is calculated automatically at separation, using basic salary only and applying the correct UAE Labour Law 2022 formula: 21 calendar days per year for the first 5 years, 30 calendar days per year beyond that. The system also calculates any outstanding leave encashment and salary owed.
